By downloading, accessing, or using TAVV Eats, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our food delivery platform as a customer. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.
Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TAVV Eats. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activities under your account. One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
Ordering & Delivery
Orders placed through TAVV Eats are subject to restaurant availability and delivery zone coverage. Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary based on demand, weather, and traffic conditions. You must provide accurate delivery information.
Payments & Pricing
All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Service fees, delivery fees, and small order fees may apply. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. We accept credit/debit cards and digital payment methods.
Refunds & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before the restaurant starts preparing your food. After preparation begins, cancellation fees may apply. Refunds for quality issues, missing items, or delivery problems are handled on a case-by-case basis.
User Conduct
Users must treat delivery partners and restaurant staff with respect. Fraudulent orders, abuse of promotions, harassment, or any illegal activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to authorities.
Prohibited Actions
You may not: use the service for commercial resale, create fake accounts, manipulate ratings or reviews, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or engage in any activity that disrupts our platform or harms other users.
Limitation of Liability
TAVV Eats acts as an intermediary between you and restaurants. We are not responsible for food quality, allergen information, or restaurant operations. Our liability is limited to the order value in case of service failures on our part.
