Delivery Partners
These terms govern your relationship with TAVV Eats as a delivery partner providing delivery services through our platform.
Independent Contractor Status
As a TAVV Eats delivery partner, you are an independent contractor, not an employee. You control when, where, and how you work. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with local regulations.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a TAVV Eats delivery partner, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your relationship with TAVV Eats as an independent contractor providing delivery services.
Eligibility & Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid government-issued ID, pass background verification, and possess a suitable vehicle (bicycle, motorcycle, or car). Valid licenses and insurance are required for motorized vehicles.
Vehicle & Equipment
You are responsible for maintaining your vehicle in safe, working condition. You must carry an insulated delivery bag, smartphone with active data plan, and any required safety equipment. Vehicle must meet local road safety requirements.
Availability & Scheduling
As an independent contractor, you choose when to work. However, consistent availability and reliability affect your priority for high-value orders. Frequent cancellations or unavailability may impact your account status.
Earnings & Payments
Earnings include base delivery fees, distance bonuses, tips, and incentives. Payment is processed weekly to your registered bank account or mobile wallet. All earnings are subject to applicable tax regulations which you are responsible for.
Delivery Standards
Deliveries must be completed promptly and professionally. Food must be transported safely to maintain quality. You must verify orders at pickup and obtain confirmation at delivery. GPS tracking is required during active deliveries.
Safety & Conduct
You must follow all traffic laws, never deliver under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and treat customers and restaurant staff respectfully. Report any safety incidents immediately through the app.
Insurance & Liability
TAVV Eats provides limited accident coverage during active deliveries. However, you are responsible for your own vehicle insurance. You are liable for damages caused by negligence or violation of these terms.
Prohibited Actions
Prohibited actions include: tampering with food, sharing customer information, fraudulent delivery confirmations, subletting your account, harassment, and any illegal activities. Violations result in immediate deactivation.
Account Deactivation
TAVV Eats may deactivate accounts for terms violations, low ratings, safety concerns, or inactivity. You may deactivate your account at any time. Pending earnings will be paid according to standard schedule.
