Restaurant Partners

These terms govern the partnership between your restaurant or food establishment and TAVV Eats for food ordering and delivery services.

Commission Structure

TAVV Eats commission rates are outlined in your individual partner agreement. Standard rates range from 15-25% depending on partnership tier and services selected. Contact our partner team for custom arrangements for high-volume restaurants.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a TAVV Eats restaurant partner, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the business relationship between your establishment and TAVV Eats for food ordering and delivery services.

Eligibility & Requirements

Partners must be legally registered businesses with valid food handling permits, health certifications, and commercial licenses. You must maintain all required permits throughout the partnership and notify us of any changes.

Menu & Pricing

You are responsible for maintaining accurate menu information including items, descriptions, prices, and availability. Prices on TAVV Eats may differ from in-store prices. You must update menu items and disable unavailable items promptly.

Order Preparation

Orders must be prepared according to specifications, using fresh ingredients, and packaged appropriately for delivery. Estimated preparation times must be realistic. You must notify us immediately of any issues affecting order fulfillment.

Commission & Fees

TAVV Eats charges a commission percentage on each order (details in your partner agreement). Commission covers platform access, payment processing, delivery logistics, and customer support. Promotional campaigns may have different terms.

Payments & Settlement

Order payments are settled weekly to your registered bank account after deducting applicable commissions and fees. Detailed statements are available in your partner dashboard. Payment delays due to bank issues are not our liability.

Performance Standards

Partners must maintain minimum standards for order acceptance rate, preparation time accuracy, and customer ratings. Consistent underperformance may result in reduced visibility, temporary suspension, or partnership termination.

Operations & Hours

You control your operating hours and can pause orders during busy periods. However, frequent or extended unavailability affects your platform ranking. Special hours for holidays should be updated in advance.

Food Safety & Hygiene

You must comply with all food safety regulations. TAVV Eats may conduct periodic reviews of hygiene standards. Customer complaints about food safety are taken seriously and may require immediate corrective action.

Prohibited Actions

Prohibited actions include: selling expired or unsafe food, price manipulation, accepting orders outside the platform to avoid commission, discrimination against delivery partners, and any illegal activities.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for serious violations. Upon termination, pending settlements will be processed according to standard schedule after deducting any liabilities.
