What you agree to when you use TAVV
These core sections cover eligibility, responsibilities, behavior, payments, and platform rules for both riders and drivers.
Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using TAVV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Eligibility & account requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your account secure, and completing any required verification (KYC).
Driver & passenger responsibilities
Drivers must hold a valid license, maintain an insured and roadworthy vehicle, and follow all traffic laws. Passengers must respect drivers, vehicles, and scheduled times. Both agree to follow TAVV’s community and in-app guidelines.
Safety, behavior & conduct
Harassment, discrimination, violence, fraud, reckless driving, substance abuse, or any unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited. TAVV may investigate reports and suspend or permanently remove accounts where necessary.
Payments, fees & cancellations
Payments are processed via approved third-party providers. Applicable fees, commissions, and cancellation rules are shown in-app. Refunds, where allowed, follow TAVV’s refund and cancellation policies.
Additional legal terms
Ride arrangements: TAVV connects drivers and passengers. We do not own vehicles, employ drivers, or guarantee any specific route, timing, or outcome of a ride. Each ride is a voluntary agreement between users.
User-generated content: Reviews, profiles, and other content must be lawful, respectful, and accurate. TAVV may edit, moderate, or remove misleading, harmful, or abusive content.
Prohibited activities: Identity fraud, fake accounts, unlawful transport, criminal activity, platform abuse, or attempts to reverse engineer or disrupt TAVV are strictly prohibited.
Limitation of liability: TAVV is not responsible for accidents, delays, disputes, losses, or damages arising from rides or user behavior. You are responsible for your own safety decisions and judgment.
Termination & suspension: We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, legal obligations, or safety standards. You may stop using TAVV and request account closure at any time.
Updates to terms: When we update these Terms of Service, we will post the latest version here and may notify you through the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
